Introducing the New Donor Portal!

We’re excited to launch our upgraded Donor Portal to enhance your experience as Fundholders and Fund Advisors. Please review this guide to get started, and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Establishing Your Password

GCF staff will confirm your eligibility to advise one or more funds. If updates are needed, contact Elizabeth Patton or call 704-864-0927, ext. 104. An email from Elizabeth Patton (via Mailchimp) with login instructions was distributed.

Accessing the Portal

Visit www.cfgaston.org and click on the Login button in the upper right corner. Log in with your username and password.

Important: Always log out after using a shared computer or device.

Navigating the Portal

  1. Choose Fund: Select the fund you wish to manage if you oversee multiple funds.
  2. Fund Summary: View recent contributions, grants, and current balance.
  3. Donations: View and export detailed donation information.
  4. Grants: Check grant details, with a summary and itemized list of paid grants. “Complete or Paid” indicates a paid grant.
  5. Grant Request: Recommend new grants or additional payments. Click “Create Grant Request” button in the top right corner.

Options include:

  1. Previous Grantee
  2. Search for Grantees
  3. Enter Grantee Information Manually
  4. Resources & Documents: Access archived statements or generate a manual statement and find important documents related to the fund.
  5. Donate: Make a donation to a fund with a credit card.
